Vision and Mission
1. Vision – addressing the four most common problems in organisations:
It is our vision to mould this association into a brotherhood and sisterhood of like-minded people, who must face and overcome similar challenges within business. Our vision centres around the development and assistance of the leaders of today and the future, to realize their career objectives in full and to enhance their decision making capabilities toward success.
This we do through the sharing of knowledge based products aimed at providing leaders with the relevant tools and methods to become not only successful managers, but leaders that can inspire, motivate and influence strategic direction and performance within their respective business environments.
Our business works through associated membership that provides businesses and individuals alike access to a wide range of knowledge based management tools to enable strategic business planning, performance management and to improve recruitment and selection processes and leadership maturity within business.
Unlocking your business potential and career success has never been made so easy!! No matter how broad and deep a person’s knowledge base is, there come times when one realises there is a shortcoming in knowledge on one or other subject or topic.
Our associate membership programme will ensure your knowledge growth!! Let’s face it, no University Degree exists, which covers all the knowledge a Manager or Supervisor may need on a daily basis. For instance, what University degree offers teachings on innovative thinking and creative thinking? These are important ways to keep an organisation competitive in a local, national or global economy.
Through our structured associated membership programme we provide you everything you need to lead and manage in the areas discussed below – to be used at your own choosing.
The four most common deficiencies in organisations worldwide, are in the areas of strategic planning, performance management, recruitment and selection of best human talents and team leadership maturity levels. Performance management is either not present or not integrated with the strategic plan and effective controls are not established to monitor ongoing performance. When performance management is present, it is usually based on backward looking historic spiked events or behaviour, with unclear and biased opinions, due to lack of clear-cut ongoing job specific facts, instead of forward looking corrective improvements based on specific latest task results.
Recruitment and selection of human talent best practices are usually only known to human resources experts, while non-expert line management employees are usually responsible for carrying out these functions, without proper skills, especially if one takes into account the many facets of interviewing skills, which are at best vague and blurry for most line managers.
These four most common deficiencies can impact adversely on the success of organisations and even have devastating effects. However, if these deficiencies can be ruled out and rectified in the correct way, it can have a turnaround effect and take organisations on a prosperous path into the future.
2. Mission – improving management efficiency and leadership effectiveness:
It is our mission to bring together as much knowledge as possible from worldwide resources, which Managers may need regularly and infrequently. We will continuously build up a knowledge library for Managers in the form of expert articles, downloadable electronic e-books, downloadable electronic e-booklet training manuals, downloadable PowerPoint Presentation Slides, downloadable Excel spreadsheet calculation models and downloadable videos for viewing on a PC, TV or the big screen.
All the material we provide may be utilised for personal knowledge enrichment purposes and a great slice of the material may also be shared with other internal employees for their own development. If some of the product topics do not fall into one of your favourite choices, think of the possible benefits it can have for other employees in your organisation and for the organisation itself.
Many employees may find themselves in positions of authority without proper training in supervisory skills, management skills, leadership skills, human behaviour skills, performance management skills and many other skills needed for survival and progress in the corporate world. It is our aim to decrease the training expenses of any organisation and improve the abilities of members to perform in their jobs on levels of excellence for the benefit of both the organisation and the individual. Needless to say that the probabilities for rapid career advancement and job promotion will inevitably increase.
It is our mission to provide members with the necessary tools, knowledge and motivation to strive for and reach excellence in job performance. It is significant that many may think themselves to be heroes out of ignorance or their mere authoritative positions, in the midst of a huge difference in self-image and what others may think of one. It is far better to enhance one’s self-image on true knowledge and earning hero status respect by one’s actions.
Those Governments in countries with capitalistic systems, which are failing because they have allowed themselves to grow out of proportion into oversized kingdoms, do not understand why they are failing. Otherwise they would long ago have corrected themselves, not so? They are no longer mean and lean like they are supposed to be. The reason being that they do not use the correct performance management system, if at all and do not maintain optimum levels of employment and do not attract best candidates. The same problem can also be found in many private enterprises. Therefore, we are growing a network of knowledgeable members to become torchbearers for productivity on a global basis, to bring back some sanity into our world and a better future for all.
See what we are doing locally with facilitation of in-house corporate training programs.

Our philosophy for success
Organisation leadership questions and answers to clarify our philosophy:
1. What is the most important function of the head of an organisation, a department or a section?
To give direction by means of a vision statement, mission statement and a roll-down of objectives to immediate subordinates.
What tools are available to give such direction?
Regular strategic planning with the ring of immediate subordinates, incorporating the SWOT analysis technique (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).
According to recent surveys, significant quantities of medium sized and big sized organisations, are still not using this direction indicating method.
2. What is the second most important function?
To ensure that the stated objectives are actually reached as best as possible.
What tools are available to monitor the progress toward goal achievement?
Apart from job descriptions and balancing human talent with job requirements, a performance management system is necessary to encourage employees to concentrate on what their jobs require of them, which can also be monitored in the short term on a regular basis so that actionable adjustments can be made to job outcomes, before it becomes too late.
Needless to say that in any worthwhile performance management system, employees must also be trained in the use of the different problem solving techniques like strategic planning, root cause analysis, the GROW model, lean manufacturing, six sigma, 8D methodology, mission-directed work teams, visual management and short interval control for continuous incremental improvements.
3. What is the third most important function?
To ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills to fulfil their jobs successfully.
How can this be achieved?
3.1 The head of human resources management must be knowledgeable and talented enough to implement head-hunting, interviewing and selection methods, to entice the best human capital talent for job openings and also improve on those methods.
3.2 Identification of development areas must be part of the performance management system, so that individuals can be developed according to a planned talent improvement program. All team leaders must be trained in problem solving techniques, team leadership principles and interviewer competencies.
4. What is the fourth most important function?
To ensure that all employees become efficient managers and that all employees in positions of authority become not only efficient managers, but also effective leaders for their groups.
How can this be achieved?
Technical occupational knowledge and skills are usually obtained through external educational institutions. Management efficiency and leadership effectiveness are, however, a completely other dimension and only in rare cases somewhat included in technical occupational training. Therefore, special efforts must be made to accomplish the aims of management efficiency and leadership effectiveness on all levels of the organisation hierarchy. Usually it can be achieved through both internal and external training resources. All team leaders must be trained in management principles and team leadership principles.

The best action one can take to influence one’s own career and destiny is revealed in the video below. It is our own video and also represents a great part of our own philosophy. If you are serious about your career, watch our video on “continuous improvements” below:
There are many small, medium and big organisations, which either do not have internal training resources, have only limited training resources or only concentrate on technical job training.
Our aim is therefore to bridge the gap as an external resource, to help business owners, managers and supervisors become more proficient and competent in management efficiency and leadership effectiveness.
Our main purpose is to make it possible for members to reach higher management and leadership maturity levels, quicker than the normal average. Consequently, our members can develop faster and move into more important jobs faster than what would normally be possible. To see all the products click on our links to the different products.
Within 12 months you may be better informed on these topics than others with Master Degrees and you will be on your way to a better career future and ultimate higher destiny in life.
If you can recall the TV program Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump, all the participants, although celebrities in own right and quite successful in different spheres of life, had the common problems of not knowing the principles of management, team building and leadership.
Our focus with all the self-training modules is to cover all aspects of organisation team leadership.
If you want to improve your leadership skills and become a formidable, potent and dynamic leader, the guidelines which we put at your disposal for use, will help anyone with the ambition and determination, to accomplish just that.
All the material are for self-training purposes. It means you must read, comprehend, assimilate and apply the methods and techniques for your own benefit.
You do not need a degree to understand the material. As long as you have a grade 12, you should be able to grasp everything.
Better team leadership skills can improve team performance and potential higher earnings.
Indications are that more than 30% of employees worldwide may feel frustrated in their jobs. Many employees feel like their careers have stalled out. According to a recent survey 30% of employees in the USA feel this way. They see other people getting promoted while they are always passed by. Maybe continuous education can help them jump-start their careers. By taking additional courses and investing time and energy in their skills, they can show the employer how serious they are about their future.
One of the wonderful things about continuous education is that everyone can profit from it. Learning additional skills and mastering new knowledge helps everyone. Employees who feel left behind in their careers can especially profit from learning extra skills they may need, which will make them infinitely more “promotable.” Upper management often looks at continuous education classes as a sign that the employee is interested in his or her future.
Why wait on an employer to attend a leadership course or seminar? It may never happen. While waiting and postponing development, one’s career progress grinds to a standstill. It may be wiser to prepare oneself in advance, with all the courses one can get here, for better things and opportunities that may be lurking on the horizon.
As we all have only one relative short life, we recommend that you join our membership without delay.
Watch this Harvard Business Publishing video on “the biggest mistake a leader can make” below:
We believe that the combined knowledge of strategic planning competencies, performance management the right way competencies, interviewer competencies and team leadership competencies, are the four most neglected, but most important competencies to strengthen leadership quality on all organisation hierarchical levels.
The necessity of a formal performance management system can become less important, when the majority of the workforce of an organisation becomes mature enough to replace the formal system with a personal self-driven informal monitoring system. In other words, it can be abandoned, when individuals have received ample internal training to apply all the elements of a performance management system automatically themselves on an individual basis, without being officially forced to do so. However, how many can lay claim to this type of knowledge and maturity?
